The purpose of this site is to produce an action plan for the members of this camp. At this camp we seek to define the problem, the solution, and how best to implement it. We then seek to evaluate it and improve upon it.

Being the first of its kind, this site is intended to be a model site to be duplicated by others, not in its content, but in its structure and organization. This will allow the best ideas to flow to the top. At the same time it provides many training opportunities for others to develop leadership skills that will be necessary in carrying out the action plan.

We will follow a typical problem solving method…

• to have consistency
• to have a checklist for covering all the necessary steps
• to have a measurable and repeatable process

This problem solving method will follow four phases:

Phase 1: Define the Problem
Phase 2: Propose a Solution
Phase 3: Implementation
Phase 4: Evaluation
